Lead UI/UX Designer

About the Role

XgenLabs is looking for a motivated Junior Flutter Developer to join our development team in Mawanella. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Flutter development and a strong interest in building high-quality mobile applications.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
2. Work closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers
3. Build reusable and efficient code for future use
4. Integrate APIs and third-party services
5. Fix bugs and improve application performance
6. Participate in code reviews and team discussions
7. Ensure app quality, responsiveness, and performance

Requirements

1. Minimum 6–12 months experience in Flutter development
2. Good knowledge of Dart programming language
3. Experience with REST APIs integration
4. Understanding of mobile app lifecycle and state management (Provider / Riverpod / Bloc is a plus)
5. Familiarity with Git version control
6. Basic understanding of Firebase is an advantage
7. Ability to work in a team and learn quickly
