Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan and execute SEO, paid media, and social campaigns for our client portfolio, helping Sri Lankan businesses grow their online presence.

Responsibilities

1. Plan and run SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns for clients
2. Track campaign performance and report on KPIs
3. Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization
4. Collaborate with the design team on ad creatives and landing pages
5. Manage content calendars across client accounts
6. Stay current with platform algorithm changes and best practices

Requirements

1. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
2. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics
3. Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals
4. Excellent written communication for ad copy and reporting
5. Comfortable managing multiple client accounts at once
